What can we expect from our own people? I have never faced issues with any other Consulates. Systematic planning doesnt feature with Indians and its now a confirmed fact they will never make an effort to improve their consistency knowing that a majority of Indians, live in a cosmopolitan country like Dubai, if only they could make a change. I have anyway started buying from other supermarkets even though they are farther away just so that I do not have to buy a low quality "Lulu" packet of grocery items.
